I'm strangely drawn to these and would like to know what you guys think. My gut feeling suggests you might nay these with vigour  but they're a bit different to my usual style and I love the other pair of Fendis that I've got.

^ I like them they remind my of shoes my grandmother wore in the 80s (thats a good things she had the most amazing shoe collection) YAY

I'll have to say nay. Sorry, it's just that they're a bit too much...

nay, they r just too high...would look great on stage....

YAY!

(((They are just kind of expensive))) Price aside Suede is delicate as you know. If you just wear them inside. 6 inche heels are the best and especially since you are not real tall. My wife has some and she is 5'8" and never stopped her...

Pair number one is a Nay
Pair number two is a yay I actually have a similar pair in matte leather not patent

rosalynn, i love them. they have a very vintage feel. i just wish fendi didnt go so overboard this season with height.

rosalynn, i give them a yay because they are so different. And I like the color combo. I wish they were a little lower though but I guess it will be alright to walk in them as they have a platform.

Looks like a bunch of high heels are up for review. No flats, no kitten heels... high-heels or go home! Let's rock it.

That's a wicked pair of high heels (Post #242). Looks like lots of suede or what-have-you. They look great. Tab me for big Yay! The platform and wicked high heel were meant to do some damage. If you're strangely drawn to these, I'd be really drawn to these.

Now on to the only homme I know not afraid to sport a pair of heels. Confidence is sexy, but are those two shoes in post #247? The peep-toe pumps are a Yay! with the patent leather. While those are nice, I may look for a better pair, preferably one with regular leather, suede, satin, or anything like that. While I yay'ed the pumps, I'm just going to give a Nay! to the oxford pumps. I'd prefer a more chunky heel and maybe an all-black kind of look rather than those metal studs. Add to this the heel detail. The heel is so mismatched with the rest of the shoe stylewise.

Oh, and just to show some certainty as opposed to a previous time, my yay/nay comments will be final and will stand by my decisions.

Big yay pumps, yay peep-toe pumps, and nay oxford pumps. Three high heels, three high-heeled opinions. Dress with confidence, hommes et femmes!

Heels are properly measured straight up the side of the heel. Often they are measured up the back to make them appear taller/higher. Browns measured them from the back to get the 6" I am willing to bet...
According to Saks 5th. Avenue they are
Self-covered heel, 5¾" (145mm)
Platform, 1½" (40mm)
I say that because the below link has the same bottom

Generally on high platforms there is up to 4" difference between the platform and heel. This pushes it with the extra 1/4 inch which is not much only 5mm... They are very statuesque. You will look "simply devine" in them Rosalyn!

Ros > yay! Nothing I would wear, but they look funky and cool!

Rosalynn - Yay !!!
Shaq91 - nay to the firts but yay to the second :)

Wow, thanks everyone, the Fendis got a better reaction than I expected. Like I say they're a bit different for me so I wasn't totally confident that I wasn't totally losing my mind! I agree with those who have reservations about the hight - they're high aren't they? They're probably 0.5" higher than I'd expect really, however you measure them. I will buy after payday.

Shaq91 I prefer the second pair so yay to those

m4ryb3ar, no way to express the extent of my NAY to both that would remain here and not be removed.

rosalynn, Yay, Funky!!

rosalynn, yay - although I would have prefered them a bit lower.
shaq, nay to both.
