trying to find some cute flats that aren't ballet flats, lace ups, etc etc. anything that will make me look 13.

what does everyone think of topsiders? i'd be pairing them with skinnies, tights/shorts/skirts, dresses for casual days. i don't have any walking shoes/flats so would love ur opinions!

having trouble deciding on color as well..i wear a lot of neutrals.

Topsiders are for sail boats or lare motor boats, hense the name Topsider. They go with straight leg jeans like 501/505's or khaki shorts. You could wear them on a beach but it would be tough to get out the sand. They also would make your feet look big so skinny jeans are out. in my opinion.

tights/shorts/skirts, dresses for casual days. i don't have any walking shoes/flats so would love ur opinions!

They have no arch support although I guess ballet flats do not either, but they are not really comfortable to walk in. They are like modern Indian moccasins. They would look horrible with tights. They are for wearing on a public type pier with a fishing pole.

These are about as wrong as you can get for what it seems like you want. You would do about as well as wearing a pair of Uggs- they make a sliper tat looks like these.


Anyway, these should only be bought in 1 color and that is tan.

Also, remember they are boy shoes so they will not look good with girley clothes- and these are not the same as wearing Dr. Martin boots with a plaid skirt... Bermuda shorts would be ok with a polo shirt or a T-shirt. I used to have a boat and I never saw a female wear them. They were all guys.

I agree, I just do not think they are her or that they match the clothes she likes... but you wrote what I meant.
