My husband just gave me these as a present. I have built up quite a collection mainly of Manolo's, Gucci, Louboutin and Rene Caovilla, including a pair of Louboutin 5" pigalle's over the years. Whilst these from Emillio Pucci's S/S10 collection are lovely I am not sure he realised quite how high they were. I am not sure I will be able to walk in them! They have incredibly thin heels which are about 5 1/2" high with a 1/2" platform sole. What should I do?

 ...they're lovely but, are you asking us if you should keep them or not? Probably better for the 'yay/nay' shoe thread since this is "favorite shoes of s/s '10" of the season.
If they're your favorite then the answer is simple!
Whoever said shoes had to be completely practical?! --besides my mom, that is

kayapo what website is that image from? please credit so that it won't have to be deleted..

if you can't walk in them then you won't wear them...
and if you won't wear them then that's a nay...

I tried them on today whilst on my own to decide whether to tell him to take them back. I have to say I don't think I'll be walking far in them, a bit wobbly; not for the faint hearted, but wow how sexy did they make me feel even if I only managed a few steps!

kAYAPO I love them!! I'd just practice it to wear them, but just my opinion.
