Style Resolutions 2016

what are your goals regarding your personal style for 2016?

Wear normal heels, with objective to wear again my 12 cm heels in end 2016.

I had knee ligament problems in 2014, but slowly healed. I wear flats and 6 cm wedges only in 2015. Surely now is the right time to ease back to heels...

mine is to do with my hair...

since it has started to go salt and pepper and i have decided to let it go for awhile to see how it goes, i need to adjust hairstyles and make up accordingly...
it also changes just slightly the overall look of every outfit, so i am figuring out what works best...

chic and polished seems to be where it wants to go...

After 6-7 years of having a lot of hair at the top with close-clipped sides and back— and a beard, I just did not want to continue with a style that’s now become the fav look of gay p*rnstars…

So like yourself, I’m taking care of my hair as well. Letting it grow out. I’ve been watching a lot of films from the late-70s and early-80s, and I really like the carefree, non-fussy hairstyles that individuals like Robert Redford and Alain Delon had. So timeless, so ageless and so handsome. I’m none of those things, of course, but I do have a lot of hair LOL

Looking forward to using no styling products at all and just having shiny shiny shiny hair (courtesy of products that will give me shiny shiny shiny hair).

oh phuel~ ...
redford and delon would seem to be excellent style icons...
and both def have/had amazing hair...

i guess another resolution for me is to follow my mom's advice (!?) and dress like i always have, rather than like everyone else does...
basically- back to my own self...my old ways...
letting my freak flag fly and owning it...

it's takes more work, frankly...
but it's also fun and nice to get compliments...
i never used to notice the compliments before...
it's kind of funny that i do now...

well- i guess the compliments have changed...
it's not- i like your shoes...
it's more- you look great...
which is more of an overall compliment about me rather than some designer's work...
so maybe that's why i have noticed it...
it's a better compliment, imo...

My style resolution was to make it a priority to put together a collection of the last of Alber's work for Lanvin ... check!
