miami seems like a commercial city IMO...more of the really sexy part of model type stuff..and for Chicago idk

You know how Model's.com lists the top NY agencies according to their view....well I feel like it's time that tFS weighs in on their views. We have enough fashion industry insiders now that we could set up our own list. After all I for one don't quite agree with the "other" list. I think it would be nice to know what are the strong points and weaknesses of each agency and if a girl/guy had a certain look....what would be the best agency to aim for.


later on we could add agencies in different cities all over the world for some of our members that aren't in the US. We have questions about this all the time.

That's a great idea too....when i first started posting on tFS everyone searched fashist and models .com and collected the info and posted it on tFS....now everyone comes here for the up to the minute info. We've come a long way thanks to all our fantastic members and there thirst for all the info pertaining to the fashion industry. We've come a long way.

I'm hoping to get a moderator to OK one. To make it fair,I thought a poll might work and when you vote you have to have backup statistics for your vote. Then go over the results and see where we're at. We already have a thread on top campaign girls,who walked the shows and who is getting editorials and covers....to me that shows which agencies are at the top of their game when it comes to promoting their models.

Did NY Models and LA Models recently make their models' complete portfolio viewable to the public? or was it always like that?

Here is a list of top NY agencies from different sources. I am listing them in no particular order. If you would like to post your opinion (add or number rank) please feel free to do so. That should help us come up with a final list to work with.

i think those agencies ranking are rather pointless.
the best agency depends of every girl, and the best for a particular girl will be the agency who believe the most in her, not the one who has the biggest number of top girls on board...
sometimes, better be in a smaller agency ready to push night and day for the girl, rather then to be lost in the middle of a 100 girls new face board in any so called top agency.
