UK Vogue December 2012 : Natalia Vodianova by Mario Testino

I'm not sure. Maybe it will look better in HQ

UK Vogue has got to be kidding! Natalia looks super uncomfortable and like some soccer mom. The styling is hideous as we as the hair. Oh, and "Pop?" yea show me where this remotely look like such. Anyway tacky and cheap looking cover is right along the lines of what the EIC is usually capable of achieving.

Great to see Natalia on the cover after to see all the celebs are cover girls, but this cover is a piece of garbage, she looks so boring & uncomfortable like a granmother & i don't like the haircut on her, let's hope the contents will be better.

The most atrocious of this issue: in the 1st case the font of "Pop" looks like a cover of a magazine of teenagers & the 2nd case One Direction?... :ninja: ,why they have an feature on this issue?... , it seems than Miss Shulmann wants to sale many copies, because the girls love these boys & are the "Boy Band of the Moment". Well you know guys who are the famous musicians of this moment.

how could this be a December cover??? If they think they are original, they are not... and her lipstick is horrendous

God-awful cover.
What happened to their lovely dreamy December covers? For me this is one of their worst efforts ever. That coat is vile and I can barely comment on Natalia herself. Such a waste of a beautiful model.
'Vogue goes pop'........my ****.:ninja:
Fingers crossed for the contents to be decent.

What a cheesy cover :ninja:
I just can't look at it without having a convulsion in my left eye and upper lip.
And Natalia again?

I want this to be a joke. It would even be bad as a spring cover. It looks like a cheap teen magasine - I might not buy this one, mostly because I'd be too embarrassed to have the shop owner think I am this immature. I thought Vogue was supposed to be for grown-ups!

Thanks for posting the HQ. I have to adjust my opinion on this a little bit. Still love the colours, but her face looks odd.

I am so happy to see Natalia on the cover of Vogue UK again! Finally, after dozens of cheap celebrities... I admit, the face looks a little bit odd up close, but I love the colours, hair and everything... I just adore her, so it really made my day.

If she didn't look so anxious and eager to please, this would have been a good cover. But she really has the look of someone who has tried really hard but is unsure they made the cut and concerned that, if she smiles a little wider, some wrinkles might show.

Her eyes look dead; like some zombie housewife worn down by her boorish husband and annoying children. This is just so disappointing because Natalia has had a whole heap of stunning Vogue UK covers in the past. I agree the hair does not help at all. If Natalia had a chic bob (really sharp and straight) like she had a few years back it would take the cover a whole notch.

Fun is the first thing that comes to my mind when I see this cover for sure...

Oh, Natalia...

Why does she keep doing such lackluster Vogue covers? This is at least the third one I can think of in just over a year where she's been sporting the same "blank smile, frightened eyes" look.

I like Natalia a lot, but personally I don't think her best work is ever really the pieces produced with Mario.

Yes Testino barely gets the best out of his subjects these days, while i don't mind this cover, its a shame her 10th UK Vogue cover couldn't be more engaging.
