i never really loved that one. I adore her first Vogue shoot though (Sept. 2002). The cover image perhaps wasn't the best choice, but the picture inside were brilliant, very Kate - arty, flowery, fun, etc.

The Kate edit seems to be a rippoff of the Testino shoot for British Vogue titled, The Color Gaurd, in the march issue. It's funny because I was just looking at it a couple of days ago thinking the Balenciaga Fall collection would lend itself perfectly to it.

Kate has such a lovely face and while I think she looks better with a more wild mane, that face more than makes up for the slicked back style. A knot would have been better as oppose to leaving it loose however. The ensemble is a whole nother story and sorry but the face can't make up for something that atrocious.
