I think Gisele does wear the YSL pretty okay though. Much better than Lindsay on this month's Harper's.

kate looks so beautiful! i really liked her last cover much more since it was very bohemian and summery....this one i gorgeous since you cant reallly go wrong with balenciaga,nd it suits miss hudson well....but cmon,its july cover,and that outfit looks nothing like a july cover...cant wait to see the pictures inside

Yikes...I like the cover a lot, she looks absolutely radiant, but imho Kate doesn't fit those Balenciaga outfits at all. She has a completely different allure...
And the Gisele ed is pretty mediocre as well. So are there any Carol T eds? Its a tad boring but I love her Vogue US omnipresence

I am still not convinced that Kate looks better in Balenciaga than Lilo. It's a hit and miss situation. She looks good on the first pic with Owen Wilson and the last one. She could have pulled it off, but the selection of clothing was bad and her facial expressions and poses dead it too.
