Vogue Germany September 2011 : Iris Strubegger by Alex Lubomirski

Seems like I am the only one who isn't fond of the cover. Glad to see Iris though..
Actually I'm not fond of it either, it looks strangely elongated... maybe I'll like it more in a bigger size.

it kind of looks like it could be a vogue italia cover

Stunning! Glad to see an outfit from the beautiful Bottega Veneta fall collection on cover!

it's refined and I love the dress + background but her pose and her face don't work, sorry Iris

It doesn't look too bad although I'm not overly keen on it, should look better in higher quality, personally I think Vogue Germany should have waited and used the Claudia cover from the last issue, perhaps the reasoning behind this is because she is now on the Spanish Vogue cover.

i'm glad this is the token Bottega Veneta dress they're featuring in magazines since the finale pieces from the collection were horrible  anyhow great cover, i love the colors and and it's good to see Iris land an actual cover for once, she's always been an excellent printwork model and very much deserves this limelight  looking forward to the content.

I found the BV collection exquisite, so beautiful and charming, resembling some old times... And even though i'm not a fan of Iris, but i have to recognize that this is an amazing cover, and i don't know if i'm wrong, but i feel like this is not the usual German Vogue covers, i've seen only a few dark/artistic covers.

Only 4 eds? That's not a lot for the September issue...

The issue includes a Tom Ford special by Camilla Akrans featuring the very stunning Carola Remer at One Management. 4 eds sounds a bit tiny indeed, for a September issue.

There's also a supplement featuring Hanna W (Cat Model Management / Viva Models Paris) shot by Stefan Heinrichs.
