Vogue Paris December 2015/January 2016 : Vanessa Paradis

All three covers are fantastic: Sexy and OTT; romantic and striking; playful and charming. Vanessa is always fantastic on the cover of a magazine.

This is one time I want all three covers.

What a nice surprise !! I love David Sims cover, but all three are the best VP's covers of the year. Though the "invitée d'honneur" font is an eyesore.

I like how each photographer focused on one of her trademark ( her iconic smile, her cheekbones and her petite figure ). Even though I was hoping for Léa Seydoux to finally get her cover Vanessa's last one was in 2008 believe so it's a bit refreshing I guess. I don't think she has any new movie or album to promote but she's one of France's biggest celebrities and hasn't done any real press since her seperation with Filthy Depp so that's actually a good move from Alt.

Now I just hope the contents won't be disappointing.

^Vanessa is doing a lot of concerts this past months I heard even though she doesn't have any new album.

I expect Lily Rose to pose with her mom.

I love the I&V cover. Best VP cover in a while.

I love all these covers! Very cool! Reminds me of the older Vogue Paris in a sense.

Very good covers! All 3 of them. Just not excited by Vanessa Paradis to be on the cover. I'd rather see models as well, even though they're always the same.

That coverline is bothering me. Is it correct to write the noun 'HONNEUR' in all caps? It's not like this in English, and it's not like this in German.

The first to covers are good but not great, I don't like the third one. I'm looking forward to see the content.

I like the most the second one by Sims. All rest is boring.

I mean they have world class actresses who also happen to be absolutely stunning and we get Vanessa?
I like David's cover... Mainly bcos I can't recognise Vanessa... I can feel this issue is going to bore me to tears...

Pas mal...

But not great either. Just OK. Sort of boring tbh. The I&V cover is kind of creepy. I don't really want to see her... back. Sort of reminds me of that Charles Montgomery Burns portrait by Marge Simpsons.

And I CAN'T with MULTICOVERS. I just CAN'T. Too bad that Karim's debut is washed-out because of that fact...

Btw, who said it was going to be an actress? She has done some films, but she isn't a proper actress, no?

The cover subject is same old. And comparisons are odious but her previous cover was WAY better than ANY of these.

Oh, and the font. That font!!! 2002?

Not the teeth again! Stop with her teeth on Vogue Paris cover please!

And I agree with this.

Thanks to Alt for caring about my money. I'm 6€ richer now.

She started with the 70s, then 80s, then 90s.. now her font is in 2002. Maybe next year we're back to the present

My sentiments exactly
Could have gone with the Sim's cover and forget the others

I like all of them, especially Sims' and Sadli's.
But am I the only one who thinks her body looks very weird in the first one?

I don't get all the praise for these covers. Has December been so bad, in general, that these look great in comparison? If these were August covers everyone would be pitching a fit.

Vogue Paris ( but also fashion in general) has been so bad and lackluster for so long that when they seem to make a bit of an effort we rejoice because god knows it doesn't happen very often.
