I'd say it's more influenced by Hedi Slimane. Miley Cyrus is about as grunge as Abercrombie & Fitch.

Haha your probably right, I've just been spending too much time on tumblr! Ether way, grunge is my least favorite type of styling so there's not going to be much that interestes me in this issue.

Very pleased with seeing Saskia on the cover! Well-deserved cover, and this is such a striking image of her. I love the styling, it doesn't scream Grunge to me but it looks cool. I can't fault anything here, I love everything about this! I would not have expected VP to deliver after so many other Vogue editions failed to produce anything exciting for their September issues, but this is great.
