Yeah, really, like, can't you remember who started which threads... geez... there are only a few thousand to keep track of... :innocent:  :flower:

A KL for H&M black jacket.
The fabric was surprisingly nice (pure wool).
The cut was surprisingly good (very Raf)
And only 99€
The buttons were cheap tho (but easy te replace)
I didn't buy it because there were like 30 of them in the shop (and there are many H&M shops in Belgium). I'm sure that everybody and his dog will wear them.
Call me snob.

A few weeks ago when I was in England I found this quirky retro shop with a rack of vintage clothing out the back.

I found this divine white cotton skirt suit, with lace edgings, very light and casual.

I tried it on and left the store, but hours later I was still thinking about it. Unfortunately, that evening I caught my plane back to Australia, and never got a chance to go back.

So, this non-purchase wasn't necessarily an exercise of will. ;)

:P

i didn't buy a beautiful little jacket at a detacher yesterday...
it's just too close to sale time...
i also did not buy the dries green pumps even though they were on sale...
:ninja:

Oh dear, a topic to mourn all those "why-didn´t-I-buy-it"s

here I go:

1. Dior Homme S/S 2003 shawl-collared cutaway jacket

Yes, money was an issue, it looked awesome on me and I´d totally pull it off... so sad there´s never been a jacket like this ever since  ...
P117.html

2. Yohji Yamamoto F/W 2002 skarf/sleeve hybrid

The most comfortable and beautiful knit I ever wore, plus one of the few designers that is actually cheaper in Japan compared to Europe. I always told myself "I´m gonna knit it by myself", but ended up being unsatisfied with every yarn I found... I should have known that Yohji´s knit is unparalleled...!

3. Dior Homme F/W 2001 black leather mao-collar shirt

I should have taken the chance when I saw it on ebay in my size... a once-in-a-lifetime-buy ... basta (without doubt one of the most amazing shirts ever designed by Hedi, though )!
P034.html

4. Yohji Yamamoto F/W 2003 houndstooth blanket/skarf

...Because I always wear skarves and this one has a beautiful pattern AND is very versatile to use... I love Yohji´s skarves best .
P105.html

5. Dior Homme F/W 2003 officer´s coat

money issue... more explenations?!
P001.html

5. Helmut Lang F/W 2004 anthrracite metallic lace ups

I tried the bronze ones and thought they are very diffult to pull off but never considered the other options... both grey and blue are great but I´d go for the grey since most of my wardrobe is black... see helmutlang.com for pictures.

6. Helmut Lang F/W 2003 patent leather aviator boots

Nobody had them but those were so ME, I wonder if I could have afforded them?!

...seems as if it didn´t like my pictures... all from firstview BTW...

^I want those boots!

I didn't buy (because I was outbid on all of them)...

Dior Homme f/w 04 black superlong scarf
same as above in grey
Dior Homme f/w 04 black armwarmers
Dior Homme f/w 04 distressed charcoal cords (I'm seriously mourning these)
Dior Homme s/s 05 red striped shirt
Dior Homme s/s 05 destroyed turtleneck sweater (and it was so damn cheap)
Ann Demeulemeester assymetrical white buttondown shirt w/ straps
Helmut Lang orange raw denim jeans (these were SO cheap and I still lost them )
Ann Demeulemeester black belt w/ shoulder belt
Helmut Lang gold handcuff bracelet (ahhhhhhh!!! this one was so cheap, too)

I'd still really like to have all of these items. I regret losing every one of them.

I almost bought a vintage Dior bag in a overnightbag and clutch, got outbid
LV yellow/white pointy toe flats.
Roland Mouret grey draip-y jacket.

Dident buy the last ones because they dident have my size :(
