I have a tablespoon of flaxseed oil with my yoghurt every morning as well as vit e, fish oil and a multi vitamin.

At the moment D every 15 days during a long while & well... some extra iron for a couple of months.

I love vitamins!
I take vitamin D, Biotin (for hair growth), fish oil capsules, and the emergen-c powder stuff (full of vitamin c and b vitamins).
I used to really be into wheatgrass shots, but they always made me feel really nauseous.

I know B12 vitamin injections are amazing and can make you feel better almost instantly, although temporarily.

I take a multi without iron - whatever brand is on sale, there's really no difference to me - and fish oil because I hate fish so I need fatty acids. I've noticed the fish oil capsules have helped a little with my dry skin too.
I also take prescription-strength iron supplements because I'm severely anemic.
