the rabbit hair hat comes in one size. if there are sizes found somewhere, they are exclusives.
had YY check their current inventory today only to find the hat is now sold out over here.
in a sense, this is a bad season since they, selling well, are being hard to get.
or, many of the pieces shown on the FW 2015 runway turned out to be a bit more expensive than usual. so it could be that respective shop-managers (who are also responsible buyers, in the YY universe/system) tended to buy less of each piece.

well- the hat is a bit too big on my tiny head, so maybe it's not really the right thing anyway...
*sigh*...
i know there is a way to add something around the brim to make it fit better, but i wish i could find something that fits properly on its own...

yes- the prices are quite high this season...
it makes sense that buyers would be careful about how many pieces they purchase for their shops...etc...
i guess the price in japan is also better than here in the US so it must be selling better over there as well...


i may wind up getting nothing right now and just enjoying what i already have...

sasuga captain the shirt has a pocket indeed, but it is sort of good old price. maybe through ground Y they are trying to be worn by younger generations too.
I meant double zipper-puller by double zip.

yes the Y's looks yummy. hopefully they will release all the new lookbooks soon.

i certainly approve of making thing that more people can afford to buy and wear...
what i don't like is that it usually means having to cut back on design details...
glad they are finding a good middle ground...

although I said good price, it's far from uniqlo price. so the zip is all metal. it's 23000.
the layered asymmetry pants, also unisex, are 30000 and the layered two-way shirt is 34000, for reference.

in the mid 90's, a basic shirt from apc was about 12000 over here. one from helmut lang was about 20000 yen.
so, good old price could have been a bit of an exaggeration, considering ground Y is a domestic label.

i see what you mean about the pricing...
i remember when a dries shirt used to be about $350, and while that is not really inexpensive, it always seemed worth the $$ because of the design and quality...
these pieces remind me of that kind of thing...

i keep coming back to look at the sneakers...
they are far more interesting than i had originally thought...
though i cannot honestly say i love them...
one thing i really do like is the black and blue combo...
that is very rare...and very good- imo...
i think they are best in that combo...
i like those quite a lot...

i hope we can find some better pics eventually...
i would like to see the view from above, as that is the view one has when they are being worn......

i really like the stripe swtr more and more each time i look at it...
it's that very classic thing-- with a twist...
that is always interesting (to me, anyway)
classic stripe sweater w. the stripes falling away...
seems like that would be easy to wear and make every outfit just a bit cooler...
would be great with any of the YY big pants, for example...
would be a great unisex look...

yes sasuga they are grey with the black rubber sole. also, aside from the black × black ones, they come in off-white canvas with the white rubber.
the smallest size is 25cm as they are homme, but perhaps insoles and socks on the thick side would make it possible.

syte sends me emails every time they get new arrivals. then there was this fit pic there. while they seem like the hightops which were used with the ground Y items from one of the previous pages, I just thought they are nice and simple. and the long lace. though I don't know what they are. I guess they are femme from this spring??
and they sent the pic of these mens socks too.
