The thing is i think Nicole Richie has done really well with where she is at rn, with that awful hair colour that does nothing for her, i like the dress it's very her, but as ever the hair makes her look sl*tty, she needs to bring it back up again.

Ah, but remember, the theme is not American fashion but the influence of fashion on the American Women 1890-1940.

I am surprised not to see more vintage or vintage inspired looks, but then the designers don't benefit from having that being photographed on the red carpet!
