Great stuff Nils. Thanks.
Spotless just like the setting.

Really nice dresses. I am just not a fan of the leather :( but the one thats darker like a grey looks nice compared to the other two earth tone ones but thats just me.

that's another byblos !!!!!! it's wonderful i love that really !!! that's sooooooooo great !!!!it's so fresh really, i'm short of words

Pretty pieces and some gorgeous tailoring, though it seems these clothes are the dregs of Albert Kriemler's simple and angular Akris which I loved so much.
You could see it fading out last season and now it's practically gone except in one dress and one or two jackets; it seems he is favouring draping with low v-necks and low waists that look identical to those from Donna Karan's F/W 08 collection.
Slightly disappointed, but again, not surprised.

I love this. I think Akris is my favorite minimal collection.

the future is now: while this collection fits firmly in the akris vein, it's fashion moment has truly come. these clothes look like they'd find an easy home in a crisp futuristic flick like gattaca or minority report etc.

i can't wait to see how editors pair great separates from this collection with some of the rough edges from prada and others.

The last grey v-neck mesh dress is stunning. If I were a celeb, I'd snap that right up for a carpet moment.

I really love the long column dress that Alana is wearing with the exposed back, and the draping on Karlie's last piece is fabulous ... the leather doesn't strike me as pertaining to the collection though

Beautiful collection, although very basic in design.

However, I think we can all agree that Akris' prices are a overtly priced.

i have to agree
although i am not disappointed like you are, i think this collections is gorgeous, i still long for his more angular designs. i remember seeing a tulle bolero with repeating half cm thick strips of leather all over it and i died inside. none of akris has really made me do that since
