You know what?I think she's the first fashion personality(among all those people who work in the industry) that really LOVES her job!She enjoys what she's doing and she loves to wear clothes,which is probably the most important part of her job
Look at Grace Coddington for instance,she may be a great worker and knows fashion very well but her style is revolting,you would actually think she's a beggar!Not to mention the crazy messy hair...

correct on all accounts. however, the whole concept of a pointy hood (not matter what color) just doesnt sit right with me, however, im sure she has zero idea why it has such a negative connotation here in america

I really have to agree. I don't find it offensive or anything like that but it just brings up strong connotations to the KKK, which is I assume what you were referring to. Even the pink color doesn't distract from the image of a white hood
