Great I will go then, Thank you!

Ok, I'm here now!
Portenos, you have a lovely city!!
I live in Recoleta but have mostly spent time in Palermo Viejo so far (though I still have weeks to go, yay).

Not soo much shopping has been conducted yet, but I've seen lots of interesting looking places. The NIKE shop in Palermo made me swoon ... and I don't even like Nike or sports stuff at all, yet all that flowery wallpaper, creaky wooden floor and gentle insence made feel supersporty. ;)

Now, where do I find super-cute bags (preferably leather)?

And, ehm, since this be Street Style and not Shopping by City:

Til now (a few days) I am not as impressed by street style as I thought I would ... high expectations maybe. People in general look nice, better than average where I usually go, but few stand out. It's a kind of young, rock-80s-sport thing going on. Lots of jeans are boot-cut and usually combined w a tank or cami and necklaces and/or dangly earrings. Yesterday I went to a really nice bar (Carnal) and many people there did understated dress-up very nicely. I forgot my camera, so we'll see if I'll have any pics to contribute with.

Pics from the "Creamfields", Bs.As biggest party!

cute bags can be find everywhere. My favourite store is called Prune, though it's an average brand. you can find it in almost every mall. and there's another one named Cappio, that has amazing bags (most of them high end designer's copies). if you like i could find you the address ;)

What bag are you talking?? sorry im lost

Also for cute leather bags you should go to Peter Kent. Amazing bags!
You can find it in many shoppings!

I would love the address! Thank you so much! Still here for a couple of days, am so sad I'll have to leave soon. There is so much here but display, with exception of Palermo, is often lacking. I feel slightly overwhelmed and am bad at sifting though masses in search of gems .. Found the cutest cutest dresses in Ona Saez though. (i should go to the shopping by city forum now.)

One style note on BA: the mullet is really everywhere.

Julieta, the blue and white sunglasses on the girl at Creamfields are 2 die for. The feria on Sundays in San Telmo is fab for vintage sunglasses.

Julieta, you need to provide a source for all the images you posted otherwise they'll be removed in a short period of time. Click here for more info. :flower:
