GREAT collection! i absolutely love all the baby pink

I like the eye make-up. It gives the girls a mod vibe . One thing that I love about Karl is that he's never boring. So many collections for fall are boring me death but not this one. The green is not really doing it for me but I do like the all-black ensembles.

This is a disappointment, especially after the HC and Pre-Fall shows. I like some of the black and white but the green and pink really is not working for me.

I'm liking it more now that I've seen it in motion from the video...I imagine after the HQs and the details are clear I will like it even more...
I don't hate the green, but that particular green- somewhere between pea soup and Kermit The Frog- that I don't care for...

That knit dress lara is wearing should have had a stake put through its heart in the 80s. Pink only makes it worse.

Lots of interesting details. The icy green nail polish really caught my eye. More shoe details?

For some reason I like it more than usual, even though I dislike a lot of the individual looks. Poor Anja. Is she wearing a diaper? There is still some nice stuff in there. It definitely grabbed my attention more than the typical Chanel collection.

some pieces are ok (classic chanel) other are awful (like the green pair of pants.... they looks so cheap) and others are just naaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh...

I really hate the head-to-toe baby pink outfit. what the hell were you thinking Karl?

the bags in plastic are Lagerfeld's over-the-top snobish stupidity of this season... it's almost a classic in chanel.

I didn't like the green pieces and I hated the printed and pink looks. That one in Lara is just horrible.
But I love the rest of the collection. Everything in black made by Lagerfeld for Chanel calls my attention, specially the suits, which were very interesting and beautiful. I can't hate Chanel, I love it again

The first part of the show was pretty nice and very Chanel. The middle half with its awful greens and pinks and leg warmers - was positively unappealing and ugly. The last part of the show was nice too with its strict black+white looks.

Overall though, I'm severely disappointed. Everything looks cheap and tacky - especially compared to the brilliance of Spring 2009. The hats? Why? And also those plastic-bag-holders? Why? It's not ironic, its just pretentious and stupid.

Karl failed with this one. For me, this is the worst collection he has designed in a long time. And a collection I can't even force myself to find positive attributes in!

Yes, I agree, this isn't one of Karl's strongest collections, but with such a marvelous consistency over the years, he was bound to falter at some point. I just hope he can regain his posture by next season, not only for Chanel but for his own personal line as well.

Though I do have a soft spot for classic Chanel, the knits in particular. But his way of spicing things up from the line's originality sort of fails to attain the positive outcome he was probably aiming to achieve.

My favorite collection so far, I love the classiness that Karl always put in his collections, plus it's not granny clothes like the past few seasons.....and by the way, where's Snejana Onopka???? I missed her in this show.

i looked at it very very quickly ...
but i liked it ... and i hadn't really pay attention to Chanel for like .... a lot of seasons ...
and i think i'm not the only one ... i mean just open your fashion magazines ... chanel is less and less credited !

i love this mint green tweed suit !!! this is soo insane !!! it looks soo ridiculous that i'm loving it ! it's like one of the most ridiculous outfit i've seen in years but it works perfectly imo ... it would suit Queen Elizabeth, Second perfectly ! and a queer for Halloween too ... and ANYONE could wear it ...

ok so... i really like most of pieces - esp. suits with skirts, minus green it;s good collection imo. But... accesories are weird - great great shoes and awful bags. And all pieces which wore lara are bleh.

This is overall not good. When I was little, I had this children's knitting kit, and I swear some of the pieces I made as a 7 year old have made it into this collection .

I like the makeup.....
The graphic body suit is a mess, it seriously looks like an amateur graphic designer threw it together on Illustrator the day before, the stroke and composition of the graphic is terrible.

this is all very 80's Chanel like i remember it!
