ah ha, they do take orders, I wanted that Rick Owens jacket but it's sold out unfortunately. Now, I've never been to Atelier (foreign student) but do they take orders by email/phone/fax? Hopefully they might still have that jacket or maybe an even nicer one.

I think that is absolutely true, and maybe a part of the point. It is a much more "internal" feeling that requires proximity... actually I think it requires physical presence...

sort of greatest hits at best
the way it goes into production may be the same at least for A/W 06.
