Love her slicked back hair and the dark lipstick.
The dress looks gorgeous on her. I don't recall her ever wearing a Givenchy gown with this cut before. It's a new look in my opinion.

I know Tisci has run out of ideas, but recycling the same gowns over and over is kind of sad. I was expecting something unique from Rooney, not Penelope Cruz´s leftovers.
