Crikey! The last time I posted in this thread was sometime in 2011. I didn't go to the gym even a single day in 2012. Bad, bad, bad! Have resumed working out, so hope to post here often.
Wow I feel like so unathletic out of shape reading all of these. I usually walk 2 km to school and back every day and to any appointments/errands I run. I haven't stepped into a gym in a few years, I find them unbelievably boring. I am one of those people who can eat quite a bit and stay slim but I would like to be more active in my routine.
