Puffy eyes can also be caused by fat. And you'd have to have surgery to get rid of it. Also genetics.
True...And its also an age related problem..as you get older the fat pads lokated behind your eyes sags down because the muscle who is supposed to keep it in place looses its elasticity, that creates bags under/over your eyes..If/ when that happens, dont waist your money on wondercreams and gels...only surgery helps...

I'd like to know how to prevent those bags. They're awful, and I know I'll get them (Thanks, mom).

my dermatologist recommended a perscription strength peptide solution

What is it exactly? Ive heard it mentioned before but i still dont know what it is... is it prescription?

the ad makes it look really effective, but i dont' know anyone who's tried it. It is quite an investment, but i think i'm willing to pay if it works as well as they say it does.

It's an eye cream that reduces dark circles. No prescription is needed. You can buy it online.

Is it expensive? And there is a thread on dark circles etc., could someone merge? :flower:

Merged. Unwritten_ kindly do a search before making a new thread :flower:

For people who have dark undereye circles, I have found something that works wonders! Buy some Vitamin E capsules from the grocery store, and split one open with a knive. Take your finger and gently pat the gel under your eyes-- leave it on there for about an hour (or, i use it as a night cream and sleep on it), and in the morning, voila!, you'll have considerably lighter undereyes! I've found a remedy for people with dark circles under their eyes, or for people that just want to make their eyes look brighter. Put white eyeshadow under your eyes, right underneath the bottom eyelashes. It works wonders. Melanie Turner -Nicole
