ehh, I think it depends. I like to wear my hair in an unruly fashion, as is kind of wavy and a bit hippy-ish. I think it's just about achieving what you feel is a perfection for you, and the confidence from that is better than nice nails.
Perfection is overrated, imo. I mean, it's important to be clean and hygenic, but I can't help but feel kind of sorry for those people who obviously look like it took them hours to get ready.
As for me, I do my hair at night, because if I waited until the morning I would get lazy and I would end up wearing a ponytail everyday. As for makeup, all it takes is a moisturizer, a little concealer, mascara and lip balm and I'm good to go.
