Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows *Warning - Thread WILL Contain Spoilers*

No one except me! I do not like her and she would be the first one to know it (if she was real, of couse).

Okay, I totally know what career Ginny would have...

.. editor of The Daily Prophet. She's got that "willing-to-do-whatever-for-a-story" air about her.

That and the fact that no one would deny the wife of Harry Potter a top position at whatever she wanted.

JK Rowling said she played for a Quidditch team.

I love you

:shock::rofl:

I'm seeing Ginny in a whole new light now!

Because a doughnut-shaped scar is absolutely silly and unbelievable compared to a lightning-shaped scar.Pleeeaaassseee!

^^ :brows: It's funny, but I really love Harry's character no matter what. I feel like after reading the series--I actually know him as a friend. It's weird, but I feel like I really know him.

SPOILER ALERT: Those who do not wish to know what happens to the characters after the book ends should stop reading here.

Rowling said the world was a sunnier, happier place after the seventh book and the death of Voldemort.

Harry Potter, who always voiced a desire to become an Auror, or someone who fights dark wizards, was named head of the Auror Department under the new wizarding government headed by his friend and ally, Kingsley Shacklebolt.

His wife, Ginny Weasley, stuck with her athletic career, playing for the Holyhead Harpies, the all-female Quidditch team. Eventually, Ginny left the team to raise their three children — James, Albus and Lily — while writing as the senior Quidditch correspondent for the wizarding newspaper, the Daily Prophet.

Harry's best friend Ron Weasley joined his brother, George, as a partner at their successful joke shop, Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. Hermione Granger, Ron's wife and the third person of the series' dark wizard fighting trio, furthered the rights of subjugated creatures, such as house elves, in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures before joining the magical law enforcement squad. The couple had two children — Rose and Hugo.

Luna Lovegood, Harry's airily distracted friend with a love for imaginary animals who joins the fight against Voldemort in the Order of the Phoenix, becomes a famous wizarding naturalist who eventually marries the grandson of Newt Scamander, author of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."

And what Muggle, or non-wizard, song would have been played at the funeral of Albus Dumbledore, the most brilliant and talented wizard the world had ever known?
"Surely 'I Did It My Way' by Frank Sinatra," Rowling told her fans, referring to the song "My Way," written by Paul Anka but popularized by Sinatra, among other singers.

As the chat wrapped up, Rowling thanked readers for their loyalty to the series. "What can I say? Thank you so much for sticking with me, and with Harry, for so long. You have made this an incredible journey for Harry's author."

a bit miffed that Ron didn't become an Auror with Harry. I thought JK said in her tv interview that he did.

I think he went with Fred's joke shop first, then became an auror.

I hope so eternitygoddess. Nothing wrong with owning a shop but I just thought that he would be an Auror. Ron did mention it in one of the earlier books that he thought it would be cool to be one.

I think Vodly was a virgin because he didn't think about sex the way we do today. He had no love in him and all he cared about was power. I really think it didn't even pop into his mind.

Come on! All that power he had and still didn't get a little somenthin'. i know Bellatrix would let out.:innocent:

^^ :brows: It's so weird, because I'm pretty sure that he had gotten some when he still attending Hogwarts--because he was described as a "handsome, proud, young man" when he was still Tom Riddle.

Lupin nearly being a deadbeat dad was horrifying. Not as horrifying as the epilogue, though. I was half hoping that Harry would breed with Luna. In Snapes' pensive scene, I almost thought that it would end all Starwars like: Snape being Harry's real dad!

Ok maybe he wasn't but you know that he would have treated the girl like a wh*re.

I don't think Bellatrix was at school with Voldermort same for Lucius. I think those two were in their 5th or 6th year when Snape/Lilly/James etc started and Voldermort was long gone by then.
