Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows *Warning - Thread WILL Contain Spoilers*

Yeah, I know what you mean. Some years ago I used to think Orlando Bloom was quite handsome, but now I don't really see it anymore.

Boy, this is so OT. :ninja:

Yeah, I used to like Orlando Bloom, too. But if given the chance, I would still go out with him because he's Orlando Bloom.:innocent:

And to whoever said Dumbledore might be a virgin maybe right. He seemed to into the Resurrection Stone. And then, he seemed to into his job at Hogwarts. And the only person I can see him with is Professor McGonagall, and believe me when I say that is a nasty sight.

Well he was very close to Grindelwald before his sister died...maybe they had a thing together...

I just finished the book and I have to say I'm quite happy with it
I mean sure the end is cheesy and everything but it's a story for children. do you imagine a mom reading to her 6 year old girl "and then Harry died".lol
I think too many characters died already
plus it means that maybe she'll write another book someday!

I thought Grindewald too! :woot: Glad I'm not the only one!
And I was re-re-re-reading the book (yet again) yesterday, and I came across this little part I hadn't read with much attention.

'Does he?' said Dumbledore softly, as Fleur Delacour and Roger Davies came giggling in from the grounds. 'And are you tempted to join him?'
'No,' said Snape, his black eyes on Fleur and Roger's retreating figures. 'I am not such a coward.'
'No,' agreed Dumbledore. 'You are a braver man by far than Igor Karkaroff. You know, I sometimes think we Sort too soon.'

Pg 445 of the Bloomsbury edition

I cried again. Poor unloved Snape.

Everyone should definitely read that Leaky Cauldron interview. It answers so many questions! And JKR seems like an amazing person.

I second that! It's pretty lenghty, but really interesting and although some questions are a little pointless, it's still very informative. And JKR does indeed seem so kind and funny.

Someone should have asked JKR all the things we're discussing here, 'cause THAT's what really matters.

Since his mum was the giant....... and his dad wasn't.

Oh my god!!

BAD IMAGES BAD IMAGES

Now that would be a real adult version of the book unlike the ones that are sold on amazon with just a different cover...

Now that I'm talking amongst you other Potterheads in a rather anonymous environment, I don't feel so bad about admitting that I too wondered how Hagrid's mum and dad got busy. I've been wondering that since I first started reading the books at age 12. -_-
