I am pretty sure that she will refund you as she is reliable, but if you are to bear the shipping cost for returning the bag, then you would have made a loss. Either that, maybe you can try asking her again to give you the pictures before you pay? Unless the reason why she is unable to provide pictures is that the bag is probably with another supplier ...Just some of my thoughts

She will send the pics before she ships it,so I will tell her straight away if I don't want it that way I won't send it back. I think I will say ok and see what happens. Thank you for helping me!

Yeah, that was my thougt too (just grey = a little boring). To be honest, I only bought it because it was on sale...but right now I`m very happy that I have it!

so gorgeous... I want to hug your bag! now that i'm newly fascinated with the Work size and the idea of GSH on 09anthra, I see that your bag is the bag i REALLY want.

kikidee: thank you too! I really like bigger bags - the work always looked pretty huge in the mod pics I had seen ...but on me, it`s not that big I think (I`m 5`6). Maybe because it is already broken in? And it fits nicely on my shoulder - my favourite way of carrying my bags!

Thanks! As far as I know, that color has no exact match in the "real bal" - world. Maybe that`s because it was on sale. But IMHO, it is pretty close to 09 anthra...maybe a bit lighter and more veined (which I prefer over the real thing!)...please correct me if I`m wrong!

I bought it from H&M last year. I love it because it is so comfortable...my favourite look for fall/winter!

Well i love the way you look and the grey wk looks great on you and with the dress.
Just take a look around for auth Anth 09 and you'll see that it is a close match, so like I said..i had it a while and it faded!
I have to go to H&M more...I avoid itlike the plague because its always busy and noisy!

Dangermouse...you look GREAT I honestly love the bag on you, I prefer it when you wear it with the strap verses in ur arm IMHO...but it's a superb bag and you should be wearing the heck out of it

Ok girls... about my Turq that arrived yesterday... there is a glue like line right above the smiley eyes of the RH in the center. About 2 or so inches long. I tried rubbing it to see if it would come off. It wont. I haven't emailed the boys yet.. wanted to see if any of you girls know a solution first. I haven't made pictures yet, but I will tonight.
