i am in a pickle.

nbf's 2nd batch magenta work or amethyst pt?

the reason i'm considering the pt is bc my work is bad on my back...stupid sculleosis (sp? ).

what are your thoughts?

oh I have noticed this actually. My keepall from her (roses keepall)

I had more trouble tanning the handles than the trimming


however I SOAKED the bag in MAZOLA (and trimmings) with a cotton ball and now they are evenly tanned!


For some reason my handles would take longer to than than the leather strips in the middle and the trimmings on the edges.


No big deal, there's nothing MAZOLA can't do HTH!

Yes, I noticed that on my keepall is tanning unevenly too. The trim on it is tanning, but the strap refuses. Should I try Mazola...I'm assuming you mean the vegetable oil, right.... at this point, I'll try anything as I won't use it all wonky like it is.

Here is my new Argent Part Time GSH which I love. This is such a classy color and the GSH just makes the dove gray pop. I don't know but I just think these T&D Reps are being made better and better. My handles are great too!

I love the Part Time with any type of hardware. I have the Amethyst Part Time with RH and the Argent Part Time w/GSH. I recommend the Part Time highly. The day is very light too. I don't know if you like the day but with regular hardware it weighs around .89 so it should not hurt your back. I find the Day the lightest for me.

yes hunnie try cotton balls, mazola corn oil and SOAK the handles, they will turn a WHOLE LOT darker almost like when u have applied 3 times on the straps (hope it makes sense)

and will even out a LOT, HTH@

And I will soak the strap nice and good. Did you do it to the trimming on the bag as well? I've noticed that the little Catty speedy I have is not tanning, but it doesn't really look bad, just still very pale.

coco your argent looks amazing. i have the same bag but yours is shiny compared to the one i received. did you condition it with anything? my is very matte. super bubbly leather, but completely matte as opposed to my anthra which is much shinier.

sliv: I did not condition my bag with anything yet as I just received it.
I plan on conditioning with with loving my bags pro treatment as well as loving my bags for handles only tomorrow. Congrats on your Argent PT w/GSH!

If it's dry, I would condition it. If you buff it after it might shine up for you!

Has T&D ever made a courier? I was thinking this would be a great bag for travel. But I didn't know if it was something they've done in the past.

Just got an email from T&D- they are doing black GGH cities!!! i don't know if i should jump on it when i already have a black RH city.. but i would love to have thicker leather for daily use. What does everyone think??

I also want something dark in GGH later on so I'm not sure if I should duplicate the black.
