I've just been cleaning up my poor Macbook who has been running slow. I have so many pics of bags on here it's unreal. I was just about to delete these but thought i'd post some here incase anyone needs to see.

I bought a Vintage Jumbo Flap from Tse last Christmas. I have since sold that on - just wasn't me at all. Bit too glam for my look me thinks. Anyway here are the pics. How does it compare to Jackys/Cattys? The leather on mine was very good and the alignment was spot on.

I have been after a Miu Miu Coffer, YSL vernis wallet and a YSL downtown for some time, but haven't come across any that are well made. Could you guys give me a hand and let me know who sells the best copies of these style bags? I don't mind buying the three from 3 different sellers, as soon as they are spot on.
Also, is anyone still buying Balenciagas from T&D? I bought a couple 3 years ago but I am not sure if they are still the go-to sellers of B bags...

You're joking, right? Please tell me you're just being facetious! This thread is 119 pages long already (been active for what, two months, tops?) and 118 of those pages are about T&D and their Bals.
As a reminder to EVERYBODY.... could you please maybe like skim the last few pages of the thread before posting or maybe remember where you left off and read through from there? If I see one more person asking who does the best LV mono or who has the best Chanel I am seriously going to lose my mind.

I am hearing all kinds of horror stories of bags getting seized by the Dutch customs though, I'm scared of ordering! But Catty says it will cost me about $100 a bag to first ship them to the USA and then to the Netherlands

danger mouse: ITA!! I absolutely HATE it when people sell reps as auth. It's so frustrating for me when I'm selling one of my bags (on CL) and get the onslaught of emails asking "is it real?" and I explain that it's a rep and yada yada and then they're not interested and I know the next person will lie to them so I KNOW that they'll be taken in by some dishonest creep who is all too happy to take their money. UGH! If someone is saving their $$ and it's important to them to have an auth, they deserve an auth!!!
I always report fakes on ebay. I've learned so much about how to spot a rep!! Ebay should hire us to scout for them!!

Ack! That tpf thread was horrible. Here's why I'm not posting anymore pics of my bbags (quote from one of the psychos on the other forum)

So, yes, they do obsessively read this thread (hi psychos! ) and they do use our pics. But hey, they still get fooled so I guess jacking our pics isn't going so well.

Oh and another poster mentioned how we "brag about" our " fakes and make fun of people who buy real" .....uh, no, we brag about our bags b/c we pay $200 and get bags that are just as good, if not BETTER than the ones you're paying $1500 for (OP stated that the leather on the NBF she got was better than on (some of) her auths.)! And IMO, we're not mocking people who buy auth, just the ones who try to justify their ridiculous price tag. One member stated that instead of selling on ebay the person could "just sell it on ioffer for what it's worth". So, an NBF with better leather still is worth less than their auth bag. That's what amazes me...they just really don't get it. "Worth" is a term they use quite loosely obv. A factory owned by Balenciaga apparently gives instant worth to a piece of leather, regardless of it's quality.

The OP of that thread was very gracious and not snooty about fakes. She just didn't appreciate paying $900 for a rep. It sucks that she got ripped off when she has such an open attitude about other's rights to buy reps! Boo on whoever sold their NBF as auth! I think any tfs member who gets caught doing that should be banned.

DiorKiss, that's crazy!! You know, Valkyrie is in Belgium... you could always send her a pm (if you haven't already) and ask her what shipping methods have worked for her. I remember her talking about customs difficulties. You can always ask Catty to send it to me, I can reship it to Holland for you. (my last name won't cause any suspicions) From what I have heard about the way Catty wraps her packages, she can stuff about four bags in a CD case. (okay, now THAT was a joke!)

Well said babybluestar. I couldn't have put it better myself. We should remember that us tFS girls are probably not the only customers of T&D. Also, that you don't need to be a member here to view this post and anyone from anywhere could have gotten T&D's address/info. This is why it's also important to note for some of the new people or people lurking on the thread that don't post, there is a reason that we don't freely give out supplier addresses. I have had lots of requests for Jacky, Catty etc. sites by people that have zero or one post. I don't know you. You haven't established yourself as a member of this thread/community. (BTW I am really happy that everyone here has so warmly accepted & welcomed me) Build a rapport with the community here. You could be a TPF member looking for info to take back to that forum. You could be someone looking for excellent quality reps to sell as auths on ebay or something. I don't know. However, for what it's worth, there are so many (literally thousands) of replica manufacturers that it would take years of trying to shut down sites to just make a dent. I think they are so busy with shutting down ebay auctions where would they find the time. If it was easy to get rid of the suppliers we use, they would have been shut down a long time ago. There are international copyright lawyers you would have to hire in order to even think about trying to go after a Chinese factory. I doubt some bored housewife would see that much satisfaction after spending tens of thousands of dollars in litigation. It's a few less Birkins this month I guess.

When are they thinking about starting production?
Have they been 100% confirmed besides praline, maldives, turquiose and what was it? framboise?

When can I reasonably expect the bag? I know about their infamous 4-6weeks thing, but do you think it will be before Christmas? End of October?

Well said BBS.. it's really sad that people have to think otherwise of us sharing our thoughts about these reps. We're not flaunting anything as authentic, we're sharing interests in bags we like.. What about people discussing other bags like those blatant knockoffs Forever 21 makes? It's the same thing.

Whoever sells fakes as auth is truly unethical but I know the members in this thread only want bags for a cheaper price than what's out there. Yes we know there are flaws and we know they are not the real thing, but we enjoy it and we get what we pay for. We solely use each other as references for what rep to buy, etc. I really love this thread as its helped me with many purchases and thankfully non-purchases!

Now I don't want to post any pics anymore either! Sad too cause I loved looking at everyone's purchases.

I paid $189 for my Black Cherry Twiggy in April this year.

Hmm, I just did a check and it seems that I paid MORE for my Vert D'eau Twiggy. I paid $218 for it.

Black Cherry Twiggy was paid for in late April, while VD Twiggy was paid for in early April.

I wonder why there is a slight difference in the price?

When we bought our black cherry twiggys they were a special "clearance" price. I think their regular price is $219.

I don't know if you mind me saying this in here, but I just got my Anthracite City GGH from T&D, it's gorgeous but now they told me they will be doing black again with silver, which I prefer.

Hi Ladies, here is my first NBF bag. I got it from a nice tFSer last month.
It's a black part-time. I just LOVE it and I have been carrying it all the time!
I have to say part-time is one of my fav b-bag styles. It is a little longer than city, but after the leather is broken in, it doesn't look that long. The best thing is the strap, since I can wear it crossbody since I am petit.
Btw I applied the Apple leather conditioner and very mild nail polish... It helped removing the shine.

bbs..... I know you were just kidding! I have pretty thick skin anyways (it's actually made of gore-tex - kitterkat & chelsita might know what I'm talking about)
mushgushwa..... I love your Anthracite city. I really like the GGH. All of the bags on my wishlist have GGH. I keep trying to think of colours that would look better with GSH and I just can't. Although I'm sure all the GSH lovers could persuade me otherwise! I know there are several tFSers that think the giant hardware seems to dwarf the City, and I can understand where they are coming from, but for me, it think it looks okay, I don't mind it at all.
berber..... Your part-time is also awesome! I am really liking that particular bag at the moment. The leather on both of the above-posted bags looks absolutely fabulous! no pun intended!!
CherryBomb01.... It's funny, if you do a search of Frances Tse on Google for example, it seems he has plenty of agents, so I'm guessing that he's still in business. What is it you're after? Something specific or do you just like to browse? Do you feel that his bags are of a much superior quality to our regular suppliers?
