Thanks Blair...living in NYC you know how difficult it is to stay warm and look half decent
All my winter coats are designed to be warm, so the work handles FIT, but they look to structured and slip down to the crook of my arm, so this is a blessing in many ways. por moi

I love sunny winter days - I dont mind the cold as long as the sun is shining on me. My new winter coat is a wool +j (Jil Sander from Uniqlo) - its soooo warm & toasty without being too bulky. I carry my Chanel 2.55 jumbo caviar leather (rep purchased from ECrater). It fits under my shoulder, but sometimes when I am walking fast I hold it by the chain.

NatashaR - I own an authentic Bal '07 Vermillion Hobo - Balenciaga leather is amazing & the colors so vibrant. When empy, it will virtually collapse on itself - the slouchiness & lack of obvious structure is so modern! I ordered my 1st T&D bag this week - eager to see how they compare....thanks to the TFS forums , its helpful members, and their pics, I felt comfortable ordering the Blue Layette Day Bag ....seriously considering ordering the Magenta Weekender....

I would like to see photos of how the bag has patinad if possible. Can someone please post pictures of what their oak Bayswater looks like now?

madmurder i love the look of the medium alexa in brown. i hope j makes it! brown seems to be my new favorite bag color.. if T&D make brown bals soon i am dead.

also i dont think i need to contact T&D. ive read up on it (thanks BBY!) and the shoulder strap seems to have gotten shorter on the cities. oh well. i'll just be lugging some heavy stuff to try to stretch it out

PP - try hanging your city by the strap when you are not using it so it can stretch out a bit. That worked for me!

bagalicious i don't know how it compares as I haven't seen any actual photos except one on polyvore? Maybe you can post some comparison pics? To me it looks kind of like a dark gray with a tinge of green undertone (the one on polyvore). And the one on Jacky's site has a tinge of red undertone. Am i right?

Oooh, I too would be interested in seeing those pics too! Like I said, I've been thinking about ordering a Bayswater from Catty (I don't have Jacky's info unfortunately ), and the Oak is my favourite color! Though it's tempting in black, too.... Decisions, decisions...

Hey all,

I don't know about the other rep sellers or about Jacky's current lot of Damier Azur pieces, but I bought the large Noe from him when it first came out, and I'm telling you, it's spot on.

Old timers here will recall my story of my then 80-y/o mom daring me to walk into the Century City LV store with the Noe on my shoulder.

The SAs were ALL OVER ME and bringing out new things for us to see, offering us coffee, etc. They couldn't even get the Noe in their store; they had the zip top totes and a speedy, but that was it.

Funny, about a year ago, I wore it to dinner and saw this woman with an auth. speedy...we caught each others' eyes and smiled. Nice.
