Is you bag City or PT.Can you see true the lining if is (x) or (-) screwdr.?

I have the GSH City bag. I can feel that the screw is (x). I tried using my small screwdriver, but it wouldn't really budge and the lining was almost ripping. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Your DIY project Parkmin is making me nervous I would step away from the bag, and take it to a shoe + bag store tomorrow and let them do it with the correct tools.

Yeah. I thought I was going mad to even think of cutting the lining of my "baby" ! I've definitely got rid of that crazy idea and I'm planning on visiting the shoe repair place really soon.

Here's pics of jacky's bubble quilt. It's spot on. It's not "jersey" it is actually leather, and one of the softest bags ever. It rivals T&D's latest batch of vert d'eau, but more "fluffy." My bag did arrive with a small hole in the leather under the flap, so it was sent back and he's sending me another one.

Aaaaah the good ole Paddington..... **drift away**.... it's where it all began for me. This insane love of bloomin bags.

I'll set the scene.....It was about two years ago (I was a late starter, even my first kiss was at 16 ) I was on ebay and saw a Paddy that looked to be a proper deal. So I watched it go off auction and the bids rolled in as they do. I then looked for months for a Paddy, I began to learn the details to look for when spotting a gen and rep and found the whole investigation so much fun. I loved it. Paddy detective I never found a good Paddy rep anywhere after about 9 months of searching.

Anyway, I got bored of them after a while and moved onto Chanel. Bought a Jumbo Flap, 2.55 and Mini Flap. After a bit of fun with them I realised that they didn't really fit in with my lifestyle of army boots, purple tights or jeans (MaLena - you made me laugh with your London Look comment but I guess we all have a style don't we? So i'll take London Look - all good!)

So then I moved onto Bals.... and man I feel at home right here They are frickin awsome bags. I love how they go with everything and I feel ace when I carry one. So I think I will be here for a while, tearing my hair out with T&D about the '2 weeks' timescale. Grrrrrr!

A BIG thanks to all the lovely gals for your comments on the anthra mod pics. I wish I had more bags to share with you but I have only a modest collection. Come on Ame and get here already so I can get my snap on! B)

which marcia bag did you see on bagswap?? i haven't seen any listed for sale. i thought coco109's mandarin city looked spectacular--in fact, it's what inspired me to check marcia out. i took the plunge a while back and bought a GSH work from her and aside from the leather tag stamp being (way) off, it's actually spot-on. the leather is on-par with NBFs (genuine lambskin), is more veiny and distressed like authentic Bal, and the GH is actually better than T&D's (which I was totally surprised by). Also, the handles are perfection, at least on mine and coco109's.

If there's a color that T&D haven't/won't do or the wait for new bags is too long and you're itching for a fix, I highly recommend Marcia/Swishbags.
Of course T&D are always my first choice for quality and price as marcia is outrageously expensive but if price isn't a huge factor, Marcia is an option.

it's very big though, i checked the measurements and its about the same size as my laptop!

Ohh, didn't realise it was that big..my bag at the moment is huge and i can neve find anything in it! Mind you, Mk is tiny so it might look average sized on me! Does the 2.55 comes in red?

I'm not sure if it's an authentic color. Personally, I think Chanel have put out so many flaps in different colors that most people wouldn't know the difference.
