Really gorgeous bag. I was looking into the grey a while back but wasn't sure whether the color was spot

bagalicious Well done on the DIY . T&D's thimbles look spot on now.

For those who ordered 5 or more bags from jacky/catty at once, do you guys ever get concerned about customs (in the USA that is)? I feel like that it will be too obvious and that the bags would be seized.

I usually order 3 bags and 2 accessories so the box isn't too huge-jacky packs it pretty small though-you'd be surprised what can fit in that box!!

i thought i didnt want an amethyst bag so i passed on both 1st and 2nd batch. but lately a friend gave up ur 2nd batch amethyst work RH and i have to have it. it's on lay-away for me now and the leather is just distress but silky way, not elephent cracks, lol

baby_yorkie: The Amethyst is divine - first and second batch. I have a Part
Time w/RH from the first batch, Giant City w/GSH form the Second Batch and Giant Day w/GSH from the Second Batch. I love the color so! I am sure that you are going to enjoy your bag immensely and receive many compliments on it. It is an eye catcher in any hardware. Congrats!

if i post a picture of my amethyst (1st batch), will you guys let me know if you think it even looks close to the right color?

i posted before that i put a leather conditioner on it and it darkened A LOT. now i'm so paranoid about using it after seeing many of your amethyst pics. its doesn't look right to me. ugh i'm still so heartbroken about this. amethyst is my HG color! i can't believe i ruined the bag (i think...)


and all you ps1 lovers: it isn't really my cup of tea, but i got curious to check it out, and i actually LOVE the ps1 pochette, here's a pic (from barneys.com)

hautest: ouch, i would love to see pictures of your amethyst. take it under different lighting would be better. myself had conditioned my bags (and do some razy things to it) but i guess either no changes or i could live with the change. i understand HG bag hass to be PERFECT!
i personally love the pigmented of the first batch and i have seen auth amethyst look like that and also look like 2nd batch. but will see from your pics.

i'll ask him next time if he would do paypal. i don't understand why the shipping is so expensive anyway.

Wow $60.00 is alot for shipping I thought that whatever the price is listed plus an additional $30.00 if you order < 5 items or maybe that is just to Canada and the States

Sorry, I didn't read you second post maybe because its DHL that is expensive did you have another option for shipping?

i do use dhl to receive shippings from Jacky and it's the perfect way. it takes only 2-3 days to reach me! it worths the $50-60...

P.S. T&D TOLD ME THEY HAVE ONLY FEW RAISIN ENVELOPE CLUTCHES REMAINING...so if you want one like the gorgeous one i posted few pages ago, hurry up!

Can someone please give me their opinion does this look like vert gazon? to me it looks like it has too much yellow in it but it might be just the picture TIA pics from fangfang

That does not look like vert Gazon to me. It does not even look like Pommier Green
which is more of Kelly Green. Here is what Authentic Pommier Green looks like.
Even though FangFang's green looks like a cross between olive and Pommier I do like it
though I don't believe that Bal has ever produced this color.
