Would love to feel the leather on both. The Paraty is my favorite Chloe style...there is something about the covered leather triangle that makes is special to me - I could see myself using it as a day time bag.

Crystal7: not sure how I got my bag so fast......I ordered & paid friday night (NYC time, which was Saturday mornign Jackys times. He sent me the tracking # monday morning my times (monday night Jacky's time). Ultimately received my bag on Wed afternoon. I didn't pay any extra shipping - Althought Jacky did attach some very pretty stamps to my box!

Perhaps things are back to normal after CNY?

Or perhaps because I ordered a classic bag style he had ready stock of, and Monday happened to be his day to ship orders?

yes, the crinkled lambskin in beige is the one i'm getting. with the blue grosgrain because it matches my blue leopard/grosgrain lanvin flats from SS09. i love the gray too, but i prefer the beige because of the blue ribbon.

You're going to look fab with the shoes and matching bag!! Maybe you can give us a couple of modeling pictures?

Yes! Do you think Jacky ships daily? The geographical distance between Jacky & myself is vast - its incredible that my bag was able to make it from China to NYC in 48 hours!

From reading TFS, it seems that Jacky doesn't like to answer many questions....but his shipping customer service is incredible.

I love receiving presents in the mail, ever since I was small.

Chloe for Target is a great idea!

Has anyone asked T&D if they will make 2010 Canard? I saw it from anther forum. That seems is a very interesting color, but I imagine it is very hard to copy correctly.

I will hopefully get the pictures of my "unit" tommorrow my time.
he sent me a picture of an authentic Bal and made me aware of certain points (i had commented that i wanted the skins to match across the seams) no miss-matched hides please Mr BuyAndSell he zoomed in on an authentic and said...see even Authentics are like mine!
But yes it would be nice to have an alternate when T&D are not making the color you want...the Bal gray period 04/06 is my HG ..All have RH so hopefully it will be one of those colors!

Here's what I would do. I would visit LMB's forum (http://www.lovinmybags.com/phpBB3/), post a topic with your issue, post pictures and write what the stains are and wait for a response from Barbara. I'd write that sending off the bag to their SPA is not possible, but that you'd get some of their products if they can solve the problem. See what they suggest.

So, I know it's not a BIG loss, but it was such a pretty (kinda cheap) bag you know?
SO, what does everyone suggest? She tried soap and a wet dishcloth - did absolutely nothing.
Should we take the nail polish remover plunge?

If YOUR non leather purse (or anything really) had that happen to it, what would you try?

Kat, don't do the nail polish remover. I have a feeling it will take the shine and/or colour off the bag. If it was me, I would put a little bit of CLR on a Q-tip and dab the inside of the bag or inside of the shoulder strap first. Somewhere inconspicuous in case it bleaches out. I'm guessing the stain is caused by rust, yeah? Try the CLR and dab with a cotton swab and if that doesn't work you could call a furniture store and ask them if they can recommend something for getting those kinds of stain out of leather and/or vinyl furniture.
Let me try to remember how I got some stains out of my vinyl pants and naughty nurse uniform..... I have to dig deep in the archives, but it'll come to me eventually.

i only ordered this bag, still i was really panicked about the customs. but it came to me after 3-4 days. but is still wouldn't dare to order more than 2 bags at once.

I RECEIVED MY OUTREMER!

Oh my gosh, she is so gorgeous. The leather is softer and slouchier than the Raisin batch. And def. not as dry. This will break in beautifully. The coloring and "veins" on my bag are even, with no white streaks or splotchy distressing.

The color in real life is closer to the picture with it hanging on the hook, but my crappy pictures REALLY DON'T do it justice. Based on the ones I've seen on TPF, I think T&D really nailed this color!

I like this color WAY BETTER than Electric Blue. It's deeper and more saturated. It will look totally gorgy with GSH. I'll be ordering more outremer for sure!

Hey shelleybean, missed you girl! I've been in hibernation.

This is going to sound completely un-PC, but I'm going to say it anyway... does anyone else get tired/frustrated trying to communicate with Jacky or Catty? Months ago, I asked Jacky to make a bag for me, in which, he happily agreed to buy the authentic (and followed through) etc. etc. However, a few weeks later he produced the exact version I didn't want in a completely different leather... after numerous pictures sent and discussions on the bag. To his credit, the style does exist; to my knowledge, Jacky doesn't make frankinbags but still. After I told him about the bag/leather that I had originally wanted, the one we had initially agreed upon, he was surprised to find that it existed ... which was odd considering I had shown him pictures of the authentic and discussed it at length via reciprocated emails. Today, he's like, "Ill think about it" to the bag I originally requested! Absurd . It's like, Jacky, just scroll down and read the very long transcript where the specific bag was agreed upon nearly three months ago. AIYYYHHH! However, again to Jacky's credit, he always replies and in a timely manner and I can get crazy, sending up to 6 emails in one day .

I'm sorry for the histrionics. Obviously, I understand that English is not Jacky's first language neither is Cantonese (?) mine. However, we clearly agreed on one bag and if it wasn't clear I think he could've at least looked at the 40 + attachments I sent of the authentic version, imho. I'm probably just frustrated, because I had put all my wishful eggs in one version and got another weeks later, kwim? I'm not bashing Jacky at all, he has given me wonderful CS and I haven't bought one thing from him. Not to mention, he did fix one major flaw on the version of the bag I didn't want within days and reposted pictures. Am I yapping about nothing? He did make a bag from a non-buying potential customer with little to no coercion .

EDIT: beavercall, your new bag looks sooo yummy. The color is electric! Congrats on the new baby... how long was the delivery time?
