It's 5 AM Beijing Time - just stumbled home from the clubs. I'm a leeeetle bit drunk right now but please let me tell you how much I appreciate the loooong tassel zippers on my RH b-bag - they are so convenient when you are trying to open your bag in the dimly lit clubs, while blinded from the strobe lights, trying to fish out 20 RMB for a beer!! And I have to lead a tour in 5 hours to the Forbidden City. Pray for me, St. Cristobal Balenciaga............

OK I get it...Sandstone you are truly a goddess! You are tanned and golden and very very sexy..and you're teeth are gonna get a coat of paint this weekend. And this black day with GSH is OUTRAGEOUS....These bags are vintage to me...and the leather is amazing. This black leather day is like no leather i have had or EVER felt before.
I now have over 20 NBF bags and i can honestly say that this black leather day is the best...does anyone here have one? a black bag from like 3 years ago? MUAH!

Honestly, now I have a gray and a sandstone and an anthra and an amethyst and a black and a rubisse i feel like the other 15 are gravy!
I'm seriously done for a while, There really is not a color that i want anymore.

Chicadee- This is the thing, the black is not thin, it's quite thick actually, but so matte and smooth, like the texture of a dove bar! its quite spectacular, It's a new to me bag, but it was bought originally about 2/3 years ago and hardly used, so I really lucked out, The same with the sandstone. (i have new O rings from T&D to swap out with the originals on the day) and i will be enhancing the GGH on the sandstone as well this weekend.
I havent carried Amy is forever, and i don't even think I will carry my outremer now! thats the thing when you get more than 1 bag at a time...they don't get the love they deserve

/\ yes they are are made by NBF (T&D) JOanne, But I aquired them from a friend who had bought them originally and decided to let them go. So yes they are T&D, But there not being made currently, they are older bags that they made, "new to me" so to speak..does that make sense?

bagalicious: I love the Black Day w/GSH. That may very well be the next bag I purchase from T&D. The sandstone looks similar to Noix 2009. I hope that T&D does Noix or Sandstone again. I would love a Sandstone work with regular hardware. Enjoy your new bags! Congrats!

Sooooooo I finally received one of my bags
I did a joint order with a friend && we have been having the worst luck with our packages We just received one of our packages that had our two alma mm's. We received our alma's in a week which is the norm but customs opened the package && we had to pay duty fee's.angry: && Our second package that has my Galliera GM in it has been in customs for 3days now Im freak'n out because I pray that we get that package and just have to pay duties on it rather than it get seized keep your fingers crossed for me... && my Sapphire GSH We && my Violet GSH city have shipped today I should have them next week some time.. Im sooooooo in Love with this bag its the perfect size!!!!! I wanted the GM but talked myself out of it && im happy I did. Im going to get another one but a different color but I dont know which color yet. Well here are pictures of my new baby hehehehehe.. I've had a long day and you can tell in the modeling picture LoL... The first two are outside and the second two are a full body shoot and a close up half body shot.

Jacky's 1112 is VERY good and so is his Vintage XL. Many say that his caviar leather is closer to auth so that would probably be your safest bet. I have a lambskin bag from him and can tell you that it's gorgeous and looks very much like the authentics I've seen at the boutique. BUT, I'm no expert and if you're really after the safest, most passable bag, go for caviar! And black is always the safest color choice as well.

Just to let you know, jacky changed the lambskin for black, beige, khaki. His newer lambskins are not that great You can check with xooey who recemtly ordered another 1112 from Jacky.

Has anyone had any issues with customs w/ T&D bags....

I've only ordered one bag in the past... so the package was small.

But... I'm ordering 2 city bags and 1 flat clutch..... so the package will be larger.

Will they seize this package in customs... 'cause it's bigger?
Also if they seize it in customs, do they left me know?

No this bag is from a seller on ioffer I was afraid to order jackys alma because I didnt like the pictures he had posted.. I lucked up && was able to purchase the We && City from a tfs member...

PlatinumSerenity I read that if customs take your package they contact you by letter... When I went to pick up me && my friends 1st package they gave us a letter which said customs opened the package but it gave no reason but im soooooo happy they did not take it..
