I saw him last saturday in Paris! It was pretty exciting considering he´s my favorite designer since I was very young.

Where did you see him? I live here and I never seem to be at the right place at the right time.

I was at Café de Flore in Saint Germain de Pres and he was buying the newspaper or some magazine in the place just next to de café. Apparently, it is usual to see him around there according to the comments of the people. It is not really surprising since other people from his circle, like Caroline of Monaco, usually hang out there. I can tell the waiter had seen him quite times before

More from the designer rumblings in Paris. Karl Lagerfeld reneged on his previous declaration that Haider Ackermann was a worthy successor at Chanel. He told W Magazine that he didn’t “especially” want Haider to succeed him, “it’s not his world I don’t think”.
And what of his thoughts on who should take over at Dior? “Well I’m not a consultant there, but I think Riccardo Tisci would be good, and then Haider Ackermann at Givenchy – not because they are friends of mine, but because they are good.”

The "Fairy" film is beautiful, bad acting--although that's never the point of his films. But that house! Where is that house?! I want it. Actually, I want the whole lifestyle--that is the point! Ha!
