For me he is a kind of serge gainsbourg..taller, more fierce, to me...but ...the voice can probably be sexy..what I heard of his voice in his music, it's also kind of gainsbourg tone, and that have no effect on me really. But the music is cool..

Sometimes the Kills are a bit Nathan Barley-esque in both performance and interview, but they seem like decent people generally. I like Alison particularly. And Jamie seems more together than some of Kate's past boyfriends. I don't think they've split at all, the British tabloids are referring to them as a couple again, so someone from Kate's circle has obviously been in touch.

I do not agree at all, Gainsbourg was a genius and Jamie is well... Jamie, there is absolutely nothing out of the ordinary about him, there are thousands of Jamies all over London he just happens to be a bit more successful. He's a "Type" Gainsbourg was unique.
I think Allison is way more talented than him and I think is unfortunate for her that Jamie started dating Kate, it totally diverts the focus from the music.

I also read on NYmag.com's blog The Cut that Russell Brand will be playing Doherty and Tara Reid (uh, yeah) will be playing Kate. Sounds like a winner.
