Who would've guessed knitting would become my passion and sewing--well, a passion but still an extreme challenge...
i work at a fabric store and am an avid knitter...i just figured out intarsia knitting and am replicating the louis vuitton symbols on a scarf. i'll have to post pics, its not even close to being done, but i got a whole symbol done already! i have really been amazed at the popularity of knitting just over the past year. we were having ladies come in on a weekly basis spending $800 on yarn! i do scarfs, vests, have two sweaters half done and my favorite are these wraps i have done using a whole ton of different yarns...i just started doing hats too after i replicated a hat my grandma gave me....well enough of my babbling....anyone thought of a myspace group on knitting?? i'd be more than happy to start one over there, if anyone would be interested....

i am an avid knitter myself and would love to help you with anything, and i love to share my works too.

I love knitting but I do it on and off... sometimes I don't do anything for six months and sometimes it's all I do!

I found this lovely lacy scarf on a finnish website and started knitting on a long train journey. I've never done lace before but it is quite easy, actually. I'm using beige wool and I think it suits the pattern nicely. It would be a great present for my mom I think...![]()
