DNAinfo.com reported, "Gaga grew up on the Upper West Side and her parents are regulars at the restaurant, owner Peter Digiuseppi told DNAinfo in November. But Vince & Eddie's wasn't keen on exploiting its connection to one of the world's most famous pop stars. Digiuseppi recently told DNAinfo that fans would sometimes call the restaurant - on the telephone, naturally - and ask if Gaga was there. Digiuseppi said he made it a point to never to reveal that information."
Inspectors supposedly found "evidence of rats" in the restaurant and surfaces were not properly washed.
