What happened to the elegant simplicity of his earlier collections? They were brilliant because they were fashion but they were also largely minimal. The theatrics were toned down and the clothes were simple. <...>

agreed.
too much of everything. for me, it's hard to concentrate on the clothes; those furs & feathers grab the negative attention . yuk yuk.
the inspiration theme is really great and it matches the styling perfectly. BUT I think the styling drowned the collection. No more theatre, please.
anyway, I must say some pieces are really gorgeous - the coats and the jackets, love the shapes and the cutting.

Thanks for all the noew shots, this collection gains so much more when one takes a closer look. And oh, I still can't get enough of the furry boots, they're so amazing!

And I probably would be repeating myself, but the wigs are one perfect idea for the hairstyling. Alber did another miracle, it's all so marvellous.

I have to say I hate those boxy coats with passion. They are as unflattering as can be.

Other than that, a brilliant collection, much enhanced by the dramatic styling which made a whole "signature" look covetable, no doubt creating an urge to subscribe to it through acquiring multiple pieces.

Very wearable and chic, yet dark and sexy.

As a lover of furs and a sucker for sequins and feathers when ELEGANTLY done (= very far away from "showgirls" aesthetics), I am in awe of the embellishments.

OMG！I just can't figure out why there are reasons for not loving this collection! the shoes and Frida's gowns make me crazy!
