lol, sorry bb. I agree, VD is miles better than GG but still not much compared to a great movie role.

Also agree that Blake was horribly miscast, still, the movie is MAJOR! (And a sign of Blake's great connections/management/ability to move up in Hollywood).

I think Boomer provided a link saying saying Leighton was to guest star on VD and one of the VD characters was to guest star on GG.

I seriously LOL at attempts to justify Leighton's fail filled singing attempts or to make it seem like a success. From all the sources that matter (ie. critics and listening public) is looks like its gonna get panned .

Have you ever stopped to think that maybe Leighton doesn't want to do a blockbuster? Blake's role, like most 'female leads in a superhero film', will probably be a nothing role. Leighton's role in Love Don't Let Me Down sounds WAAAAAY more interesting. Plus she's also doing a film with Tina Fey!

Leighton's album is going to fail? You're just making it sound bad to make Blake look more successful. Wait until the reviews come out to provide good, solid evidence and then you can criticise that move. I don't doubt that Blake will probably be the most famous cast member post-Gossip Girl, but you're just making it sound as if Leighton has nothing outside of the show, when she clearly does.
