Sorry, but I think the shoes are the best things about this collection. I find them strangely alluring.

Just catching up with some of the later shows and this is a catastrophe.
Some pieces are so plain they could have been made by almost anyone with a sewing machine and then others are so fussy and intricate, it's the total other end of the spectrum. Don't get me started on the patchwork, thrown together stuff and the horrible styling.
Surely no-one can seriously tell me that if they saw any of the shoes and boots in 'The Garage' cheap shoe store (because that's where they look like they came from) they would buy them for even £14.99 ?

the shoes are flattering - they make the feet look small.

I actually really like quite a lot of pieces and bits of looks from this collection but altogether I just find it *too much*. For me, in particular the shoes and bags are just far too literal an interpretation of the Regency-ish vibe that's visible in some of the prints and lace.
