Model Casting F/W 11.12

I disagree with the people bashing Chanel's casting. Even if some of my favorites weren't there this season, the girls they did have were very believable in the urban collection.

i liked that kate and naomi did the show, cos i missed them doing shows. and i still think of them of as the best (with linda, christy...gisele...you get the idea)
and tbh MJ loves all kind of attention.... i don't care about kate smoking on the runway, but that created even more media circus.

Its a bit of internet humor, and no offense taken. I'm the first to say something when one of my favorites does something I disagree with.

Either way I loved her at LV, she worked the hell out of that cigarette.

Liked the LV casting, can't wait to watch the show. By the way, was caroline trentini there? She's not listed in the model runway showlists thread but i was pretty sure look #13 at nowfashion.com was her.

Too bad there was no Candice and Sam Gradoville though. They would have been perfect fits.

LV cast was epic. if only Gisele was there, that would've been even more awesome.

LV cast was exciting but a bit too OTT even for me. I actually can't remember one look, now thinking about it, because I was so concentrated on the models, lol. With that said, I'm always glad when Mark actually has a good cast for his show because I'm really not a fan of the bland newbie casts that some other big houses do, so this is a pleasant change for me.

Also, while it may have been exciting (to some) to see Kate on the runway, she looked positively AWFUL while doing so. I shudder to imagine the close up shots we'll get out of this of her.
