Oof, I remember when Balmaim was about more diversity and scrolling through his latest collection I was struck by how little MoC there were in the show.

No show has the have a certain percentage of MoC that’s not my place to judge, but when you talk about being a black boy growing up in a white family and then say your inspiration for the collection is Michael Jackson I would expect maybe a little more diversity than 13/100 models being black.

And drop Kristin Kragh Liljegren! She’s proven to be a racist in the past and clearly not a good person to have working for a brand that promotes diversity and inclusiveness.

Aramish is one of my favorite new faces.

Not truly new. He modeled solely in London before. I remember getting interested in him after Kiko Kostadinov FW17 where he opened iirc. Things got quiet after that 'cause he never really got big until this season. He changed agencies to Tomorrow is Another Day and that's where he starts to dominate. Jess Hallett has already casted him in Qasimi and then I predicted he would be in Alexander McQueen as his chemistry with Benjamin Lessore is electric which he did do. Continues to surprise me - appearing in Dries van Noten also together with Benjamin Lessore.

Regarding new faces, first favorite, Mathieu Simoneau. He did CK205W39NYC and it was Ashley's show so of course he's going to be in Prada. Also did Louis Vuitton.

Kai Bomholtz, did Saint Laurent at first then appearing again for Raf Simons and Valentino.

Matthew Petersen. He exudes high fashion. Prada boy so naturally got casted in other major shows.

Tamsir Thiam. Started with Zegna at FW18 but things snowballed after his GUCCI Cruise show. Now walking Off-White, Valentino and appearing for LVMH prize nominee Ludovic de Saint Sernin. Favorite of Barbara and Leila. Crazy.

Yang Hao. He is definitely one to watch. His Alexander McQueen look got me super interested. Found out later he walked for Raf Simons.

Joseph Leux. Also started at Saint Laurent but he just walked Dior by Kim Jones too and Neil Barrett which strangely Ernest Klimko got dropped out of.

And for them to use "They Don't Care About Us" to wrap up the show was really off putting considering the message of the song. I was flabbergasted when it played when the cast was predominantly white. It was super super ignorant.

That moment when Kohei sent a picture of Tommy van den Meersche to Tsubasa Saitou and Tsubasa posted it to his stories. Got a good laugh there. They (Kohei and Tommy) met up later and Kohei captioned "My twin" hahaha oh this FW is hilarious.

Also Alpha Dia and Kohei getting into a friendly debate regarding the world cup backstage. GOLDEN!
