Okay so if it is Miss U.S.A we know it's do to publicity. Probably the winner will have the gown they create for her worn in the miss universe final... which will be this sunday aired on NBC where Santino will be judging.

Okay... so maybe i tried to connect too much but it's a possibility.

i beleive that this whole keith drama is a stunt! im not sure from which side its coming from, Bravo (for higher ratings) or the contestant ( for big publicity) but He is going to be talked about for a while now. Remember Paris Hillton and her sex tapes...bad press is good press! he is getting more press then anyone and that I beleive this is a PR STUNT. im sure we will be seeing him on all the morning talk tv shows and such and he will be making more money then the final winner from project runway by telling his story to them. if this is a stunt by keith then he just won the system! He wil be everywhere, Regis and kelly maybe SNL. congrats for propelling yourself into the limelight!! if this is a stunt by Bravo then shame on them for accepting him into the competition and exploding it this way, anything for ratings i guess!

The NY Post has an article on the alleged copying of designs by Keith. While it is possible this is a PR stunt, I personally doubt it. Copyright infringement is pretty serious, especially nowadays. Of course, the infringement isn't on the designs. While its blatantly wrong, fashion and design is not protected by copyright. The problem is that he apparently scanned in photos and digitally altered them to look like sketches (as someone pointed out on the thread). So if the guy had just copied them by eye, he would be legally in the clear (though morally in the dark). But since he scanned a photo and created a derivative work (one of a few in the bundle of rights for copyright owners), he could be facing infringement.

i love it too! it's become a cultural thing now. i would've thought michael would perform well if the challenge is to dress miss america (quite an uninteresting challenge but i digress). then again, this is just a rumor. i can't wait for tonight's episode!

p.s.
i was looking at bradley's pictures and he reminded me of an american, more accessible stefano pilati. i don't know, he just has that vibe. i'm liking him -and robert/alison- more and more (especially with that keith scandal which is honestly getting tiring fast) this season has some good designers and real talent to back up their attitude
