Project Runway Season 3

It seems like Robert is sabotaging himself or something. That top was gorgeous and he hid it under this strange jacket with rope on it. He might have even been able to get away with the linen if the fit was really modern or he added something to it. I don't know. I liked that blue fabric he had originally.

I have yet to see the episode, only the clothes. I thought Angela's was the best. She got Audrey's Holly Golightly dead on. She reinterpreted the Givenchy dress she wore in that film and I think she did a great job. The rest were not so good, in fact almost none of them were. What was Robert Thinking with that rope! Make darn a belt!

I love Michael more and more every episode! Hes so classy, and doesn't get caught up in the petty drama!

Also, Im beginning to think Uli can only make dresses. Given they are very pretty and she's pretty good at them, I want to see her make a pant suit or something.

I love Michael's outfit. And his humbleness is greatly appreciated. He's that way for real, I know him personally.

^ Well, you're lucky. I suppose you know if he wins then. Not that I want to know yet!
He's awesome, I hope he wins! In any case, he will be successful, you can tell.

i completley agree with the comment above about Uli; her dresses are nice, but I'm getting tired of them. I feel like everyone in this season is so stuck in their own shell of design. I really like Alison... her look is fresh!

I loved Michael's design--and he had the perfect model for it.

The Audrey Hepburn dress was awesome. I was really surprised.

Am I the only one rooting for Laura?
I LOVE HER OUTFIT she did last night, it wasn't impactful but lets face it, the designers who got Audrey H and Marilyn M. were going to have an advantage because they could do more with it.
Oh well, I now dislike Jeff alot and I'm glad Bradley is gone!

Laura, Michael, and Uli are my favorites this season. Alison comes in a very close fourth.

My favorite quote from this season so far:

"I don't wanna be all 'Captain Save-a-Ho,' as we say in the hood, but..."
-Michael

Last night's episode was somewhat lame. Obviously we can't trust models to pick things properly.

I would have thought Marilyn, Jackie, Audrey, Katherine, and Farrah would have been the easiest.

Kayne did a really good job with Marilyn Monroe, that dress was perfectly updated, and it was kind of cool that he had the "goth" as it was called, going on. The whole thing with his model talking was freakin HYSTERICAL! I couldn't stop laughing when was like, "youre supposed to sit there and look pretty, stop talking" haha.

Robert could have done so much more. Since when does Jackie Kennedy wear belted (with rope) linen jackets?? HE could have easily done a skirt suit with a Chanel-esque jacket or something. But instead he proceeded to do something completely odd. His model is GOD-AWFUL ugly, and was completely unsuited for Jackie.

Allison did pretty well for having Farrah. I thought that was kind of a wierd person to be putting into the mix.

SO glad Michael won! He has been really hard working the entire time and I thought the fact that he completely redid everything , and everyone loved it was fantastic.

I thought it was hilarious that diane von furstenburg was like "first of all, twiggy is still living so lets please talk about her like she's alive" haha.

Finally Bradley is gone. He has spent a collective 20 mins of his last two outfits and was obviously over his head with the last two/three challenges.

Ppeach your avitar scares me. I think having Audrey as an icon would be easier because a black dress is so basic that you can do a lot with it to modernize it but keep it simple.

Bradley was funny and cute

it was def to the testament of michael's "cool as cucumber" attitude that he changed his concept around after the first fitting - it takes guts to do that and he won that gamble. good for him and i'm happy that he won.

i was nervous there for a sec that they were going to kick robert off but phew thank god! but he'd better start showing us that dazzling magic he showed in the first challenge - c'mon barbie man!

p.s. WELCOME BACK MICHAEL KORS in all his snarky snark glory!

Does anyone know what the tattoo on Jeffrey's throat says?

it basically says "Harrison Detroit, the love of my life". . . . in latin or french (forgot which)

I love Laura but not her Katharine outfit this week. I am pretty sure I saw the exact same outfit in a Talbots catalog 2 or 3 years ago.

Angela's Audrey outfit was more Natalie Portman than Audrey. Not every LBD screams Audrey. Sheesh.

Michael Muthableepin' Knight rightfully deserved the win. I wrote it before and I'll write it again -- I flove him!

I was so disappointed.... I mean Jackie O....:woot:
I really thought that one could be fantastic.

I know and he chose that original fabric that was a pretty color, and now Im really interested to see what he COULD have made with that instead of the materials he got from Vincent.

Oh well............coulda woulda shoulda

Are the judges okay with the contestants sharing materials?
I guess that it's okay.... Robert didn't go home.
But maybe they didn't know?
Kind of seems like cheating to me.
By adding other's materials to their garments they could go over their budgets....
