Valentina Zeliaeva had actually done some minor modeling in Russia, before she was 'discovered' living in Brazil... (I'm not sure if people knew that). Some of her pictures are still at her Russian agency's web-site, though I'm sure they're not her agency anymore... I came across those pics ones and posted them in her thread...

She is also within the Brazilian models's crowd as much as she is within the Russians's. Or even more...

More of a random agency fact I suppose, but Milano agencies never lie about height.

Really ? I remember someone on this forum talking about that agencies lie about height badly, and I even believe that this person was talking about Milano agencies particularly, that time... I even remember who it was - AlmostFamous... It was a long time ago, though... but still...

Also, I remember I heard it somewhere that the agencies in Milan are not too picky on height/weight, so how would they go, if they didn't lie ??? At least, as far as height is concerned ???

5'7 1/2 would make 171 or 172

I believe Anouck can be that (171-172) at most.

But, I believe someone who met her mentioned that she's shorter by far... Don't remember the exact numbers, though... She looks very short next to other girls, in backstage pics... I believe she can be 5'6 at most, also...

When Sasha first started, she was listed at 5'10 Than, her other agency changed that to 5'8 1/2... But I always thought she was about 5'7...

Fernanda Tavares's father is a singer in a band (though, I don't know if he's famous or not), and she spent her childhood traveling all over Brazil with him and the band on the tours... Oh, what a sweet childhood it must've been... I wish mine was like that...

I know one model agency that doesn't lie about their models's height for sure. It's Major, New York. But it doesn't serve them well - they miss so much on interesting faces...

Yes she is married to Henri, there are photos in her thread of their wedding. Zion is from another man, Alvaro I believe.

isn't fernanda tavares supposed to be from one of the poorest neighborhoods in sao paolo (favelas)?
if her brother is in a band and her father is a singer, it would be really weird for them to be so poor

We are talking about Mona Johannesson, right? She was discovered by an IMG scout at a horse event when she was 14, I'm positive she was never in any modeling competition. I'm also positive that Mikas used to list her as 5'7 before she made a name for herself.

I think scandal would be a slight exaggeration, but she did say on national TV that he'd been calling her, news that of course then reached the Swedish evening papers who made a big deal out of it.

It was in a "documentary" about Swedish models in 2002, when Caroline was still pretty new, and perhaps a bit naive. She's commented on the event afterwards saying that it taught her to never talk about celebrities [or other people] that cross her path.
