One of my favourite fashion images is Jean Patchett by Irving Penn, as seen through the wine bottle, so of course I love this editorial. Leclerc already did some interesting work in POP and there's also a touch of Meisel's "interpretative" eye here in addition to Penn IMO. Thank goodness Joe McKenna is still a good stylist (most of the time), this is so classy! I believe it's a street cast?

This was such a good issue! Didn't realize at the time but looking back, it's gold standard: Robin Galiegue with his signature washed out blue/teal tone with Ida, Johnny Dufort signature snap photography, a great Julien Martinez Leclerc story (to a previous poster: no definitely not streetcasted, it's a cool Paris cast, I see Violetta Sanchez and Victoire de Castellane's daughter Zoe Lenthal at a glance), Karim and Seklaoui, Kate on a good day by MM and Emmanuelle, Kristine Lyndseth in the Obsessions ed (didn't realize Elodie had this many stories per issue back then), Quinn Mora, Alasdair Mclellan shot Kate's entire nepo clan... It's ripe with content.
There's 1 missing Donna Trope story with Kate with Liz Taylor energy that I really liked as well:





If Vogue Fr could just have 1 cover story like this I'd be pretty happy. Nothing but a cool girl, jewels, towels, attitude.
