i went into the store on knightsbridge today and it seemed like the sale stuff there was really not that nice...has anyone had better luck in oxford circus or regent street stores?

am i the only one who think that jeggins are damn awful ? ( sorry about that...)

and about their recruitment process : if in all shops and countries is the same it looks like that - first step is interview , probably with shop menager or director, somethimes also with someone from shop central for your region, department or whatever your country is cutted politicaly. If you will in their taste you will be on step 2 which is kind of funny, crazy and embarissing in the same time. This is like social game. There are few candidats and you all must do some things - one could be run who will make clothes in order on unreal shalves, some will be about working in group and about group trust.
The most important thing is to be happy, positive, hard-working lookind and bubbly, also initiative on social tasks.

Lots of new items at H&M right now.

I didn't have my camera but in the Trend section, I spotted:

• a cream leather jacket perfecto-like,
• some fantastic cream leather moto trousers, a bit expensive (around 150 € if I remember correctly),
• a black web-like, lacey jumper(batwing sleeves) / sleeveless tunic
• lots of tight dress and skirts

Bought this lbd today. It's a very simple, empire dress with an H.Leger like bandage bosom.

seems like there's a lot of purple/orange in trend at the moment (i didn't actually look properly though)

when I got hired, I only did an Interview with the shop manager and the assistant shop manager. I then got a phone call, and that was it. Though when they hire people here it's on a 3 month trial base. Though I've only heard and known one who didn't make it here over 2 years.. And there is a lot of hiring going on here..
And I agree what is most important is probably that you are positive and smiling, and is hardworking, since there is almost always pretty busy compared to many other stores..
