It's in stores here in the UK. It's from the Men's Trend range.

Shame it's not more of an actual blazer. It's sort of an odd shape, with only one closure on it. I think it would be much nicer as an actual cut, tailored blazer. But it's sort of a boxy shape... certainly not a "blazer" as such.
