I dropped by H&M this morning on my way to work... went in for less then 10 minutes and got out with 3 shirts on sale for 5$ each! i got a black silk blend tee/dress, and two organic cotton tank, all from the trend line... very basic pieces that I can mix and match with the rest of my wardrobe! I also saw this black, belted high waist, wide leg capri(?) from the trend line that looked amazing on the mannequin!! Unfortunately, I'm too short for that style.

Their shoes and accessories look nice in pics, but in person, the material looks way too cheap..... Hard to fool anyone that it's NOT H&M.

thats exactly what I just thought. In the pictures I always think "oh that looks nice" but in real life they usually dont look as nice. But thats about the accesories...its a different story with the clothes

I´m not that impressed with the new accessories, most of it looks grandma and ugly. imo. But I like the croco bag!

Finally got a chance to stop by Trend, and hidden away they had those orangey-patterned floral dresses! I was so excited BUT.. then these ones weren't strapless.. they had two really thick straps of material, the same pattern as the dress. Still tried it on, ADORED the dress from the straps down.. but then the straps made it look rather matronly I thought. Nothing else really caught my eye other than that... I tried on a pair of high waisted black balloon shorts from the trend section as well... wasn't crazy about them..

Found the pencil skirts in Divided.. thought their quality was really bad!

I've been so disappointed in H&M lately! Also, does the sizing drive anyone crazy? In pretty much every item I take a different size than the last!

Thats my dilemma with the croco bag. It is a really cheap material in person when you feel it & I just dont know if its worth the price of $14.90 even. Just to look at it its doesnt look overly cheap though even in person... its just when you touch it.

^Prefer them without the white buttons too! I got the other one without the buttons and pockets. It's not an AA knockoff..it's just the trend of bandage skirts right now..

btw, I'm glad the H&M ones are thicker and have a seam underneath, unlike the AA ones which I own as well.

yeah, i owe one of those bandage skirts in black. i was quite amazed that the fabric was really thick and it was only 15€
